We're on the hunt for an experienced Global People Partner Lead - Supply Chain & Operations reporting to Vice President. A Global People Partner who will be responsible for driving the Elekta People agenda operating as a strategic partner to the Leadership team whilst ensuring our global HR processes are implemented in accordance with Elekta’s policies, practices, and objectives.  

What you’ll do at Elekta   

This role is required to have the personal impact and credibility to influence key decision makers to enable future growth. 

The Global People Partner Lead responsibilities include (but are not limited to):  

  • Build trust and ensure a people centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives. 
  • Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights that enables the organization to improve decision making on all things people, acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive people management strategy. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate People strategy with other business strategies. 
  • Anticipate and identify potential leadership gaps. 
  • Contribute to the development of global HR processes and programs by providing into business requirements and business specific commercial acumen. 
  • Delivering on succession planning, strategic workforce review, talent review, organizational efficiency. 
  • Supporting managers on : global employee surveys (team development), coaching, organization design and development, pulse check, LTI & STI (global plan), annual merit execution, job architecture, benchmarking & Equal pay, special incentives. 

The right stuff 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, consultation and coaching skills, able to influence at senior level and balancing the people and business aspects of the role. 
  • Strong business acumen – understands how decisions impact business performance 
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.  
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands. 
  • Culturally savvy, proven ability to work alongside and get results in a diverse cultural- environment. 

What you’ll bring  

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Economics or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (mainly from the HR business partnering area), preferably gained in a dynamic, matrix and change oriented global organization with process complexity.
  • Broad generalist with subject matter expertise on change management, organizational development, and re-design.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement in depth knowledge and experience on transformational change activities and programs.
  • Good IT skills, MS Office, HR database/systems management tools.
