The Global Partnership Team is seeking an experienced Global Partnership Manager to lead and optimize our key partnerships, ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals.
What you’ll do:- Responsible for creating, managing and fostering the relationships between Navan and our Global Partners within our partner network to ensure they are strategically aligned.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, driving strategic partnerships that align with company objectives.
- Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring mutual value, compliance, and long-term success.
- Leverage data and analytical insights to enhance partnership performance and inform decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional Global projects and programme initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery of results.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align partnership network goals with business capabilities and technological advancements.
- Drive sales enablement initiatives to enhance the reach and effectiveness of sales.
- Some international travel is required.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in the corporate travel industry.
- Beneficial to have experience in a Global Partnerships role.
- Proven experience in streamlining business operations and optimizing workflows.
- Experience in project and program management is a plus.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and revenue modeling to increase yield.
- Successful track record of influencing and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to represent Navan to C-suite at partner companies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and quality.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, including working across global time zones.
