Job Description

The Partner Program manager at IFS is a critical role focused on driving the success and effectiveness of our partner ecosystem within IFS and with our Partners. This role will work closely with the Partner and Channels (P&C) leadership team to optimize the IFS Partner program, GTM engagement model, own cross-business collaboration and govern the standard of services provided to Partners, delivering true partner excellence.

  • Bring to life the P&C Strategy:
    1. Drive P&C contribution to 50% of total contribution by 2029
    2. Support the growth and development of Global Strategic Partners
    3. Shape, guide and operationalise the Channel Partners to become Self-sufficient by 2029
  • Develop, implement and operationalise the P&C strategy aligned with IFS's business goals.
  • Program Innovation & Best Practices. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve IFS’s partner programs, ensuring they remain industry-leading. Share best practices across the partner network to drive consistency and excellence in delivery
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between P&C strategies and overall corporate strategy
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring that our P&C are equipped, motivated, and aligned with IFS’s strategic goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&C program management, strong change skills, and the ability to drive performance and unlocking growth potential with P&C.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of the P&C strategy. Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate partner efforts with direct sales, P&C managers and other business units
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine and improve the P&C ecosystem continuously. Foster a culture of innovation within the P&C team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to P&C leadership.
  • Partner Enablement & Development. Work very closely with GCS, Enablement, and the partner teams to create and lead programs that enhance partner skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions and services. A key advisor to assist in driving the adoption of IFS tools, resources, and training programs across the P&C ecosystem
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure that IFS’s partner strategy remains relevant and competitive. Provide insights and recommendations to the P&C leadership team based on market intelligence

Performance Management. Establish KPIs and performance metrics for partners and regularly review performance against these benchmarks. Work closely with P&C team to develop performance improvement plans and strategies for underperforming partners.

Qualifications

· Proven track record in partner program management: Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing successful partner programs within a high-growth technology company.

· Deep understanding of partner ecosystems: Experience with various partner models, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, technology providers, and channel partners.

· Strong business acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partner programs.

· Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners, customers, and cross-functional teams.

· Operational excellence: Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a partner program, including partner onboarding, contract management, incentive programs, and performance tracking.

· Project management expertise: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

· Technical aptitude: Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
