We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Partner Enablement Program Manager to empower priority partners with the training, resources, and strategies needed to drive joint success. As a key player in our growing partner ecosystem, you will orchestrate enablement programs that align with broader company and partner goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, requiring a strategic mindset, strong organization, and the ability to execute against aggressive targets in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with internal training teams to optimize enablement efforts and focus on high-value partnerships each year, making a tangible impact on partner growth and performance.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Enablement Strategy Development
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable enablement programs tailored to the needs of partners organizations, including resellers and managed service providers
  • Align enablement strategies with partner business goals and company objectives to maximize impact.
  • Define and execute enablement plans to scale programs across the broader partner ecosystem.

Partner Enablement Coordination

  • Lead the Training & Enablement track for priority partners in collaboration with the CX Strategic Partner Success Leader.
  • Identify gaps in partner enablement and collaborate with internal teams to develop or enhance training programs.
  • Drive adoption of enablement tools, resources, and certifications across partner organizations.

Program Management

  • Oversee execution and rollout of enablement tools and resources within priority partner organizations
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Training teams to create a seamless enablement experience.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring deadlines, objectives, and partner needs are met.
  • Continuously monitor partner feedback and performance to optimize enablement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Advocate for partner enablement initiatives internally, ensuring alignment with business priorities and real-world use cases.
  • Work with Marketing to integrate training initiatives into partner-facing resources and campaigns.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support partner-led client implementations and enablement.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Define, track, and report on key enablement KPIs, including certification completions, partner sales growth, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and optimize partner engagement.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, program management, or channel management, preferably in IT or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and how to enable partner teams for success.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to optimize enablement programs.
  • Experience with CRM systems, LMS platforms, and enablement tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed for partner engagements.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$86,205$107,730 USD
