The Team and Role

Logitech is seeking a highly organised Junior Paid Media Planner to support the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) division. This role will contribute to the operational success of our global paid media campaigns, serving as a dedicated point of coordination between internal marketing teams and our external agency partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless facilitation of paid media workflows across Paid Social, Search, YouTube & Display channels. This position focuses on the practical management of campaign planning cycles, creative asset synchronisation, and performance reporting, ensuring that global initiatives are executed accurately and evaluated effectively.

  • Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the planning cycles for global paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment on timelines, requirements, and deliverables between internal stakeholders and agency teams.

  • Performance Synthesis: Review and interpret campaign data provided by agency partners to monitor performance against established KPIs.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Develop professional performance summary decks for internal review, translating technical campaign metrics into clear, concise updates for marketing leadership.

  • Creative Asset Workflow: Manage the end-to-end flow of creative assets, ensuring that all copy, imagery, and video content are organised and delivered to agency partners according to technical specifications.

  • Approval Management: Coordinate the internal review and approval process for ad creative and copy, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and have secured necessary stakeholder sign-offs prior to launch.

  • Operational Support: Act as a central point of contact for the PWS division to ensure consistent communication and efficient resource sharing across global and regional teams.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or media support role, with a foundational understanding of Paid Social, Search, YouTube, and Display platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in reviewing media reports and identifying performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Professional Communication: Exceptional ability to draft formal presentations and communicate clearly with diverse internal and external teams.

  • Process Discipline: Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex workflows and maintain organisation across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a large, multinational matrix organisation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
