Join our Human Resources team as a Global Mobility Specialist in London, partnering with global HR colleagues, Finance, Compliance, and external providers to deliver effective mobility solutions.

Your future role at QRT: 

  • Support international secondments and transfers, and advising on the implementation and optimization of the mobility policy
  • Provide day-to-day support with BAU, such as cost projections and management of external relationships with service providers
  • Overseeing and coordinating the immigration process for mobility cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate comprehensive tax, immigration, and relocation briefings for candidates and transferees
  • Conduct internal audits on global mobility and immigration processes
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and leadership to design, implement, and adapt the global mobility policies and programs that meet both local and international business needs
  • Promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the HR team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and best-in-class practices

Your present skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, International Business, Law, Finance or a related discipline
  • Experience managing UK and Dubai immigration processes
  • A critical thinker with an analytical approach to solving complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Workday HRIS experience and familiarity with HR analytics tools preferred
