About the team:
In Consumer Digital Transformation, our objective is to provide world-class consumer experiences that drive brand & business growth in an efficient and sustainable way. We do this via 5 ‘engines’ focused on driving consistent capability, technology and operating models to deliver this transformation across marketing fields (Scaled Reach, Content, Digital Commerce, Marketing Effectiveness and Data) supporting markets and brands to deliver their shape of A&P. These engines are enabled by a transversal MarTech Transformation Office, to scale these kinds of outcomes in repeatable way.
About the Role
The Global Media Operations Manager is a critical executional role, responsible for maintaining operational precision across reporting, technology enablement, and governance workflows. Working closely with the Global Media Operations Lead and external partners, this role helps connect global frameworks to market delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational excellence: Drive implementation and activation of key media operations initiatives and track delivery and impact progress across markets.
Reporting & Analytics: Own reporting dashboards and performance trackers ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Partner Engagement: Support vendor and agency communications, scheduling, and documentation; track contract and rollout readiness milestones.
Governance & Compliance: Expert in Diageo’s TMP, Brand Safety & Suitability, & Legal Purchase Age guidelines, supporting markets and partners on application. Owns financial management and tracking for the team.
Knowledge Management: Own and maintain operational toolkits, newsletters, and training documentation to ensure alignment across global and regional teams.
Ad-hoc Projects: Support pilot testing collating feedback and shaping scale-up planning. Able to aggregate and summarise key learnings.

Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in media, digital operations, or marketing analytics (agency or client-side).
Working knowledge of digital and/or social platforms platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TTD, Sprinklr, or DoubleVerify desirable.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
Familiarity with global marketing and compliance processes advantageous.
Success is Measured By:
Accuracy and timeliness of global reporting and documentation
Improved visibility of global media performance data
Effective coordination of vendor and partner workflows
Contribution to automation and process simplification projects
