In this role, you will develop channel-specific marketing strategies, plan and execute marketing campaigns, and manage the brand and communications for Instructure’s channel business.


Reporting to the VP of Global Channel, with a dotted line into the VP of International Marketing you will be responsible for driving loyalty and supporting profitable sales growth within the Instructure channel network. It is critical that the person in this role be hands-on with a clear bias to action.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and package scalable programs to enable our resellers to market Instructure products and services in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM 
  • Review reseller marketing materials to ensure brand and messaging guidelines are being followed.
  • Partner internally with our enablement team to create and deliver marketing enablement tools for Channel Partners that includes, but is not limited to addressable market modeling, ideal customer profile and buyer personas creation, campaign design and development for the Canvas ecosystem.
  • Manage Instructure’s MDF process and take responsibility for budget management for all global channel expenditures.
  • Manage Instructure’s brand presence with resellers, including brand guidelines, digital assets, positioning and messaging.
  • Manage Instructure’s web experience for resellers, including branding positioning, lead acquisition and recruitment. 
  • Own and manage the functionality, appearance and partner experience on the Instructure Partner Portal, including working with our portal solution provider.
  • Create and optimize workflows for channel marketing; including lead flow process, SLAs and attribution
  • Partner with field marketers in APAC, EMEA and Latam to support Channel Partner led marketing activities
  • Partner with the channel sales team with marketing activities to drive reseller recruitment.

  • Partner enablement; Number of enabled partners by tier
  • Channel Generated Opportunities (# and $)
  • Reseller coverage and pipeline
