The Role

We’re on the lookout for a driven and multifaceted marketing specialist to join Howden’s Global Specialty Practices marketing team! You’ll work closely with the Natural Resources and Multi-National Client Practice (MCP) teams to shape and deliver impactful marketing strategies.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to lead UK and international marketing efforts for two exciting and fast-evolving business areas. You’ll interact directly with leadership, sales teams, local country leads, and the wider marketing community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and execution of a global marketing and external communications strategy

  • Crafting and rolling out fresh, effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Engaging regularly with UK and international teams to align efforts and share insights

  • Driving marketing initiatives across regions and supporting local execution

  • Crafting compelling client value propositions, thought leadership content, and product campaigns

  • Supervising performance and measuring ROI to advise future activity

  • Advising business leaders with ideas, insights, and regular updates

All to help elevate the Howden brand among key audiences worldwide!

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator—confident in both writing and speaking

  • Comfortable engaging with everyone from interns to the C-suite

  • Organised and accountable, with a focus on getting things done

  • Positive, proactive, and ready to take initiative

  • Experience in global or international marketing is a plus

  • Background in Energy or Natural Resources is helpful, but not crucial

  • Experience planning and managing events (virtual and in-person)

  • Bonus points for additional language skills!
