About the role

This role is part of the Global Expert Channel team, with responsibility for the tracking, visibility and data stewardship that is fundamental to developing Expert as a competitive advantage.  This role will have a dotted line relationship up to the Global Marketing Director – Expert Data & Targeting, to ensure BUs are well placed to maximise their data in fuelling brilliant experiences for HCPs and internal users.  This role will work across a wide matrix of teams – partnering with BUs, CBIA, Data & Tech and across the Expert Channel team, to ensure we are well placed to capitalise on the data rich ecosystem we have with consistent data standards, processes, KPIs and reporting tools, as well as ensuring Expert needs are represented across enterprise programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Establishing appropriate data standards and scalable measures, including identifying capability, process and resource needs that are required to deliver the channel vision.
  • Partnering with the data visibility squads to ensure BUs and global teams have the right measurement tools.
  • Supporting capability initiatives and forums relevant to the use of Expert data.
  • Working closely with the governance teams to ensure we proactively manage our HCP data and processes.
  • Working closely with BUs to understand opportunities to enhance data quality, address pain points and measuring impact (own reporting and MMM etc).
  • Partnering with CBIA and D&T teams to ensure Lead & Lag measurement frameworks are in place for Expert.

Qualifications and skills
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the following areas:

  • Managing and activating owned data sets (global and or BU/local)
  • Experience in establishing measurement frameworks
  • Data governance and domain/sub-domain management
  • Prioritising demand and stakeholder management
  • Building and bringing together internal networks to align on best practice
  • Establishing and maintaining service models that drive enterprise efficiency
  • Effective change management and capability building
