Job Title: Global Marketing Launch and Go-to-Market Specialist

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 50% working time at the office)

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

The Job

You will be responsible for supporting AVEVA’s global launch and go-to-market team’s programs and activities. 

This is an entry-level role that is a ‘spider-in-the-web’ position and will provide you an introduction to the processes and activities needed to plan, project manage and execute AVEVA’s strategic product and portfolio go-to-market process including supporting strategic projects for social media and AI.

Working in a young and vibrant global team, you will develop strong relationships across all AVEVA’s functions, supporting the project management of AVEVA’s Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams and Business Area Leaders as they create strategies, content and programs to launch our most strategic offers to market.

By experiencing a wide array of marketing activities, connecting with a wide range of more senior stakeholders, developing relationships across all functions of AVEVA and building exceptional project management skills, you will construct a strong foundation for your future marketing career that will prepare you for progressively larger roles within our organization.

Key responsibilities

  • AVEVA’s Global Launch and Go-to-Market Team’s strategic programs and activities
  • Project management of strategic product and portfolio launches, actively building skills and independence to eventually project manage product and portfolio launches single-handedly
  • Support strategic projects in AI, Cyber Resiliency Act,  social media and campaigns
  • Project management of key activities within the marketing organisation
  • Evolving the go-to-market program
  • Building strong relationships with the relevant functions in Sales, Marketing, Portfolio and Business teams
  • Planning, development and execution of strategic go-to-market project plans
  • Developing go-to-market slide decks and coordinating and leading cadence meetings with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring the quality, timely delivery and execution of content and our go-to-market process
  • Planning, developing and executing internal and external communications including social media programs related to launches and strategic programs
  • Reporting on progress and results of launches to key stakeholders within AVEVA
  • Capturing feedback and running continuous improvement activities

Essential requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering, science or a related field, or similar  work experience
  • High degree of flexibility and capability to adapt agilely to changing requirements
  • Ability to seek compromise and find win-win solutions
  • Experience in project management is a plus

Hybrid working

By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
