About LRN

Do you want to use your Marketing expertise to help people around the world do the right thing? Join us at LRN to be a part of a global company where you can make an impact.

LRN is a fast-growing SaaS company providing ethics and compliance management solutions to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments and foster ethical and responsible cultures. After two recent acquisitions and significant organic growth we are proud to be serving nearly 3,000 clients across the US, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. Our state-of-the-art platform offers clients an intuitive user interface, mobile app, robust analytics, and industry benchmarking enabling clients to create, manage, deliver, analyze, and audit their ethics and compliance programs to align with regulatory guidance. We help some of the world’s most recognized brands reduce organizational risk – enabling them to focus on what they do best.

About the role:

As Global Marketing Director you will develop, manage, execute, and track marketing programs that create pipeline for new logo acquisition, customer growth, and customer retention in priority growth markets across the Europe and Middle East region including countries such as the U.K., Germany, France, the Nordics and the UAE. This will involve a combination of strategic planning and creative execution of growth-focused, inbound, and outbound programs that achieve KPI targets and goals.

You’ll need to be organized, decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and with autonomy. Most importantly, you’ll be creating a best-in-class marketing practice for our target EMEA markets that delivers our ethics and compliance solutions to more businesses, helping their leaders and employees create successful, ethical cultures. You will work collaboratively across the entire marketing team to deliver on growth-focused marketing initiatives and campaigns for your target markets.

Finally, we are looking for someone that is a ‘player-coach’ - you will be a strategic leader managing influence across our matrixed Marketing department, but you will also have expert-level proficiency with critical Marketing TechStack tools (such as, HubSpot and SFDC) with ability to own end-to-end marketing campaign automation, as well as generalist expertise with SEO strategies, events management, and content marketing specific to the EMEA region.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Be accountable for new client wins and existing client growth, not simply delivery of leads. Effectively partner with EMEA new business and client success sales leadership and Revenue Operations and Enablement teams to deliver high potential opportunities and impact revenue growth in priority markets.
  • Build and manage best-in-class inbound/outbound demand generation programs for the complete demand lifecycle – from new logo acquisition to client retention and growth – with the most effective mix of marketing channels combined with BDR and digital prospecting support.
  • Build demand generation experiences across localized website properties for consistent pipeline creation in collaboration with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Understand our target audience and personas across markets, cultures, and languages and incorporate our marketing content and offers strategy into tailored demand generation campaigns.
  • Manage and execute on regional events including pre and post activities and measurement.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation activities on new logo and client growth pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length. Diagnose pipeline generation issues and proactively solve them. Develop and constantly iterate testing plans to identify scalable program improvements to achieve KPIs. Co-manage operational budget for key channels.
  • Utilize our MarTech stack to create the highest efficiency output and adopt new features, functionality, and tools for continued innovation. Consistently bring in new tactics and drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach.
  • Report into the Chief Marketing Officer to continuously review and accurately report on APAC strategies, performance as well as regional insights and budget management decisions.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience working in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation/lead generation; 3+ years’ experience building campaigns in HubSpot; 3+ years of ABM program management experience.
  • Ability to effectively work and drive business success within and across multiple markets, cultures, and languages.
  • A proven track record in a new customer acquisition role with the ability to manage an entire marketing mix and scaling multiple channels successfully.
  • Performance-based mindset; ability to understand the levers that drive performance and the actions needed to optimize campaigns.
  • Confidence and comfortability to get ‘in the weeds’ to create and optimize high and low performing campaigns.
  • Strong partnership skills with emphasis on collaboration, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to build and create while operating in the gray areas.
  • BA/BS, preferably in marketing, advertising, business management, or related field.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Previous industry experience in Legal, Financial Services, B2B technology, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Flexible working hours
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) plus UK public holidays
  • Medical Benefits
  • Voluntary Dental Insurance and eyecare vouchers
  • Robust pension plan
  • Life insurance coverage
