The Global Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans for products and initiatives which optimize a promotional mix to deliver campaign results.

This position involves optimizing marketing strategies, developing and implementing programs, and measuring the performance. The Global MarCom Manager will participate in the annual planning process, and will maintain project budgets and return on investment in alignment with strategic goals. Collaborating with functions (Design Shared Services, digital marketing and events) to develop content.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan integrated marketing campaigns to support the promotion of products, service, vertical markets, capabilities and solutions. Collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers and communication (social, digital, design) teams to develop effective programs to achieve AOP.

  • Manage marketing campaigns and programs
  • Deploy tactics across the marcom mix.
  • Partner with analytics team to evaluate and report effectiveness of campaigns to produce marketing qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to drive effective value propositions, and messaging with benefit-leading creative briefs.
  • Knowledge of tools for effective project management to forecast and maintain budget and timelines.
  • Outstanding copy writing and editing skills, with the ability to work across media, from print to digital and ensure that content is reviewed and taken through appropriate Regulatory and Legal approvals.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in marketing or marketing agency preferred.
  • Promotional copywriting experience.
  • Experience in leading or facilitating the creative process (concept to execution).
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet project goals in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated project planning skills.
  • High level of intensity and comfort level with change.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel up to 10%, domestic or international
  • Digital marketing experience.
