Position Summary

The Global Supply Chain Innovation Synchronization Leader will be responsible for driving and delivering breakthrough improvements in innovation execution. Working closely with markets and categories, will focus on synchronizing the innovation supply chain to deliver optimum levels of inventory and agility by design. The role will also define the Innovation Operating Strategies between Markets and Categories and govern the process to drive continuous sustained improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for process optimization and a commitment to driving innovation supply chain synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Launch

  • Map and track all the innovation projects happening in the categories by market.

  • Work together with Revenue Growth team to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

  • Confirm and align the production volumes with the relevant parties to ensure no SLOBS are generated.

  • Govern the new SKU creation rules ensuring the launch of a streamlined portfolio.

  • Drive fast boost, kill or cure decisions for innovation launches.

  • Align and document an Innovation Operating Strategy by category and relevant market.

Innovation Synchronization Design

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to reduce manufacturing production cycles and align with incumbent teams to reach cost-effective solutions for all new innovations.

  • Streamline production processes and workflows to improve efficiency and agility.

Renovation Touch and Improve

  • Map all the renovation projects happening in the categories by market.

  • Align and mitigate innovation inventories to deliver global targets.

  • Confirm and align the production volumes with the relevant parties to ensure no SLOBS are generated.

  • Govern the new SKU creation rules ensuring renovations touch and improve the portfolio.

Innovation Inventory

  • Align and mitigate innovation inventories to deliver global targets.

  • Map and track innovation inventory depletions and elimination.

Continuous Improvement Cycle:

  • Track and improve Innovation Synchronization Key Performance Indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization by implementing the Innovation Synchronization PDCA.

Skills, Experience & Capabilities Required

  • Significant experience in Supply Planning as DRP, MRP or MPS

  • Extensive working experience within the Planning & Logistics function

  • A track record of driving results through action and achieving performance targets.

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on agility and optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

  • Proficiency in supply chain tools and technologies.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Digital Tools Experience: APO, SAP, Power BI.
