In a connected and exciting era, our mission has never been more relevant. You will help secure Swift's future by partnering with leaders to maintain a dynamic, diverse workforce that meet business needs and offer growth for employees while ensuring expertise.

You will help foster a performance and learning culture that enhance employee experience. This will include varied activities relating to performance management and talent development (i.e. performance review process, talent reviews, poor performance management) or the rolling out of our employee listening activities and the implementation of actions that improve employee engagement or driving participation in our L&D programmes.

You will bring your own experience and ideas to help evolve our HRBP operating model and ensure we offer best in class partnership and offerings to our client groups. You will contribute positively to the evolution of the HRBP role at Swift and the One HR team mindset by collaborating with others, aligning and scaling our practices and demonstrating a growth mindset.

You will have strong influential skills as well as a coaching approach to help change mindsets within management teams and help leaders see what’s possible when it comes to aligning and optimizing talent so that our people deliver on our strategy today and in the future.
