Job Summary:

Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for people? Join Techary as a Global HR Administrator and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience worldwide. This exciting opportunity involves managing essential HR functions, supporting a dynamic team, and ensuring our global operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage and update the HRIS with precision.
  • Process employee change requests and draft employment documents.
  • Drive employee engagement by collecting and distributing feedback and surveys.
  • Provide support during investigation meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Deliver training on new HR software and policies.
  • Oversee benefit enrolments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Experience/Skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management
  • Experience handling onboarding, offboarding, and background checks is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
