About the Commercial Finance team
The role of the Commercial Finance team is to drive profitable growth by providing financial analysis, insights, and control over commercial activities. We act as financial advisors to the business, helping commercial teams understand the financial implications of their operational decisions. We monitor key performance indicators, analyse variances against plan, providing management with actionable insights to explain performance drivers. We evaluate the financial impact of business strategy, assess the financial viability of new commercial initiatives, and ensure financial processes, compliance and controls are adhered to.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Pricing to lead our pricing strategy, execution, and optimization across all product lines and geographic markets. This critical role will be responsible for defining and implementing a global pricing architecture that maximizes revenue, optimizes retention, drives market adoption, and maintains competitive differentiation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payments economics, fintech business models, and complex B2B pricing strategies.

What you'll do
The Global Head of Pricing will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the global pricing framework for all products. They will develop commercial models, such as transaction-based or percentage-based fees, subscription models, and tiered pricing, aligned with product value, market benchmarks, and financial targets. The role involves leading pricing analysis using financial data, customer segmentation, competitor intelligence, and market elasticity studies. They will maintain dynamic pricing models and tools for decision-making and forecasting, monitoring key metrics such as average price, deal margin, win/loss rates, and renewal retention.

The Global Head of Pricing will establish a pricing governance process to ensure consistency and compliance across all channels, partner with Sales and Legal on complex deals, and manage pricing updates in billing and CRM systems. They will collaborate with Product Management to translate product value into pricing, work with Finance and the C-suite to align pricing with financial goals, and train Sales and Account Management teams on pricing methodologies, value-selling, and negotiation strategies.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, strategic finance, or commercial strategy.
  • Preferable: Deep, demonstrable experience within the Fintech, Payments, or Banking technology sectors. An understanding of the underlying economics of payments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable pricing strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and utilizing advanced financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills to present strategy to senior leadership and negotiate with customers.
  • Proficiency with pricing software, BI tools, and CRM systems
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
