About the Team

The corporate segment is one of our fastest-growing sales segments at Miro and is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy. It spans three segments (Emerging, Growth, and Commercial) across 7 global teams. 

About the Role

This teams focus is to Pipe Build, New Logo Acquisition, Install Base Expansion, Retention, and building a thriving performance-based culture that encourages learning & growing.  

What you’ll do

  • You will lead, hire and develop a talented global team consisting of composed of Directors, Managers, and ICs
  •  Drive productivity and efficiencies in a velocity-driven sales channel
  • Create repeatable and success GTM plays that delight our customers
  • Continue to strategize and find opportunities to acquire new corporate customers in markets all over the world to grow this customer base
  • Continue to introduce and drive a scalable, repeatable, customer oriented winning formula to allow customers to find and enjoy continued success on Miro Experience
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Partner with wider GTM leadership and cross functionally with marketing

What you’ll need

  • Extensive sales leadership experience, preferably including overseeing multiple business units in a 3rd-line capacity
  • Experience scaling a global high-velocity SMB and/or Mid-Market sales organization 
  • Experience crafting and executing multi-year strategies to achieve aggressive revenue growth.
  • Experience with launching and scaling growth levers and  standardizing processes and building repeatable playbooks
  • Experience with working with outsourced vendors and utilizing methodological repeatable sales approach like MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message Experience
  • Drive a high energy and high performing culture across a truly global team in which people enjoy striving and succeeding
