Keen to become part of a truly global, collaborative team of professionals? Your journey begins here.

Hogan Lovells is a leading global law firm whose distinctive market position is built on exceptional breadth of practice, deep industry expertise, and a truly integrated “one team” international approach. With more than 40 offices across the Americas, Asia‑Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the firm operates at scale while maintaining a supportive and collaborative culture.

The firm is seeking to recruit a Global Head of Business Development & Strategy for its market-leading Litigation, Arbitration and Employment (LAE) practice group. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive strategic planning and execution across the full scope of Hogan Lovells disputes offering. The role will be central to defining the practice group’s go‑to‑market strategy, strengthening client relationships, and maximising opportunities to grow revenue. You will lead and inspire a team of around 20 professionals across the UK, US, and other international locations, and play a pivotal role within the firm’s wider M&BD Executive Group.

As a trusted adviser to the LAE Practice Group Leader and leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance, identify and escalate significant opportunities and risks, and support the delivery of high‑priority initiatives.

Success in this role requires a commercially minded, collaborative leader with deep experience in professional services, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and a proven track record of leading global teams to deliver impactful, integrated M&BD strategies aligned with practice‑wide priorities.

Experience in litigation and disputes is advantageous but not essential.
