  • Incorporate sales methodologies (CVI, MEDDPICC) into the onboarding curriculum.

  • Deliver dynamic, impactful learning through various channels (synchronous, asynchronous, digital, hybrid), enhancing learner engagement and retention.

  • Design engaging course content, leveraging interactive media, audio, video, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with key learning objectives.

  • Convert existing instructor-led training to virtual instructor-led, eLearning, or instructional video formats as needed, optimising content for a digital experience.

  • Continuously review and evaluate content, recommending and implementing enhancements that improve effectiveness and relevance.

  • Facilitate and deliver an intensive onboarding boot camp. Deliver onboarding sessions on sales tools, product knowledge, sales plays, sales methodologies, and company best practices. Facilitate role-playing exercises, scenario-based learning, and live call shadowing to enhance skill acquisition.

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to new hires to ensure they understand the company's sales processes and goals.
