Role Overview:
Senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the firm’s global Finance reporting strategy. Oversees reporting governance, systems, analytics, and transformation initiatives to ensure accurate, scalable, and insight driven financial reporting that supports strategic decision making and profitable growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership: Set and execute the global reporting roadmap (KPIs, dashboards, automation, analytics). Act as strategic advisor to Finance leadership.
Reporting & Governance: Own end-to-end Finance reporting lifecycle. Establish global standards, controls, and data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Systems & Analytics: Optimise reporting and BI platforms; enable advanced analytics and leverage emerging technologies (AI/RPA) to modernise.
Business Partnering: Provide actionable financial insights to senior stakeholders across Finance and business teams globally.
Transformation & Change: Lead cross functional reporting improvements and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing global reporting team.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrable leadership experience in Finance reporting/analytics within professional services or law firm environment.
Proven experience delivering reporting transformation and data modernisation initiatives.
Strong systems and BI expertise with solid understanding of core Finance processes and professional services sector metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and change leadership capability.
