We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Global Field Events Specialist to help bring the Wiz brand to life through memorable events. You’ll help design experiences that connect our customers and communities, from the first piece of swag to the last handshake.
In this role, you’ll manage event giveaways and branded materials, keep our look and feel consistent across every region, and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations to make every touchpoint seamless and on-brand.
What You’ll Do- Plan, source, and manage global event swag and giveaways for the Field Marketing team - including stock tracking, shipping and vendor management.
- Partner with Field Marketing and Brand teams to maintain a cohesive Wiz experience across hosted and sponsored events.
- Support procurement and logistics for our strategic field events, managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Oversee purchasing workflows and approvals, ensuring timely contracting, payments and alignment with internal processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Digital, BDR, and Campaign teams to create connected pre- and post-event communications that nurture leads and extend impact.
- Coordinate event operations — including shipments, venue communications, lead capture setup, and onsite support as needed.
- Track performance and outcomes, supporting reporting and analysis to measure the success of key marketing activities and event investments.
- Maintain organization and visibility across event calendars, inventory, and post-event documentation for global teams.
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, events, or brand marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and procurement teams.
- A creative eye for brand experiences and a passion for connecting with people.
