  • Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, customers, partners, and industry thought leaders to strengthen Instabase's position in the intelligent automation space.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to event planning and execution, ensuring all activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Create compelling content and experiences that showcase Instabase's technical excellence and innovation in document processing and workflow automation.

About you:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, and community efforts, with a track record of leading small and large-scale events.
  • Built a strategic marketing plan to achieve company GTM goals via events and field programs.
  • Managed regional in-person or virtual events from ideation to execution, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor relationships.  Ability to manage these in person, virtually, or empower others to operate at scale.
  • Strong experience with cross-functional teamwork, especially with Sales, Product, and Executive teams, to align events with business priorities.
  • Proficient in applying data analysis to inform decision-making, monitoring event success, and optimizing strategies based on key metrics like return on investment and lead generation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Experience with CRM and webinar tools.
