About the Role:
The Revenue Enablement team provides training and enablement to sales roles, technical sales roles, and CrowdStrike Partners. We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Enablement Coordinator to support CrowdStrike's learning and development initiatives. This role is crucial in coordinating and delivering training programs – primary responsibilities include scheduling training, booking venues, hosting webinars, and managing courses and learning plans in the learning management system. This role will support local and global programs; some travel may be required.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and distribute internal communications related to training and enablement programs
Coordinate and host virtual webinars and training sessions
Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events
Provide end user support for issues with training programs
Administer the learning management system, including:
Publishing training events
Tracking attendance and completion rates
Managing participant registrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with learning management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a global mindset and cultural awareness
Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points:
Experience working for a technology or software company
Highspot and Docebo administrator experience preferred
