We’re hiring for a Global Digital Partner in London.

Purpose of the Role

As a Global Digital Partner, you will define the global vision and performance ambition for paid digital media across Search, Social, and Programmatic, taking full accountability for the end‑to‑end delivery and optimisation of significant media investment. You will lead and inspire multi‑market teams, setting clear standards, scalable ways of working, and a culture of excellence that drives sustained growth. Operating as a trusted senior advisor, you will partner closely with clients and internal strategy and measurement leaders to translate complex performance into commercial impact, while continuously evolving platforms, formats, and technologies to ensure best‑in‑class delivery across both acquisition and awareness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Leadership & Commercial Accountability: Senior ownership of digital media strategy, delivery, and commercial outcomes within complex, digital‑first environments.

  • Integrated Full‑Funnel Media Authority: Recognised expertise across Search, Social, and Programmatic, delivering unified strategies across brand, consideration, and performance objectives.

  • Investment, Platform & Team Governance: Stewardship of significant media investment, advanced buying platforms, and multi‑market teams to ensure scale, quality, and consistency.

  • Advanced Trading & Performance Excellence: Command of trading models, bidding strategies, and optimisation frameworks that drive measurable, scalable growth.

  • Measurement, Attribution & Media Integrity: Executive‑level ownership of attribution, performance and brand measurement, ad serving, and third‑party validation.

  • Executive Client Influence & Industry Presence: Trusted senior advisor to clients and stakeholders, translating complex performance into clear commercial impact and leveraging strong industry partnerships.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Strategic Leadership & Commercial Ownership: Accountability for defining digital media strategy and delivering measurable commercial outcomes across complex, large‑scale client or portfolio environments.

  • Enterprise‑Level Paid Media Mastery: Authority across Search, Social, and Programmatic, managing significant media investment across brand, consideration, and acquisition objectives.

  • Global Team & Capability Leadership: Leadership of high‑performing, multi‑market teams with ownership of resourcing, capability development, and performance standards.

  • Advanced Performance & Trading Governance: Proven delivery of scalable growth through advanced bidding, optimisation frameworks, and trading methodologies.

  • Measurement, Attribution & Media Integrity: Ownership of attribution and measurement frameworks, spanning brand and performance measurement, ad serving, and third‑party validation.

  • Executive Client Influence & Industry Presence: Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex digital performance into commercial impact at C‑suite level.

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
