About the Role
The Digital Director will work together with the Global Dyson clients as well as local markets to help translate their vision for digital into desired outcomes and work on implementing this vision locally. You will be responsible for defining and operationalising Global strategy and ensuring best-in-class delivery against an ambitious digital roadmap.
This opportunity would see you advising senior Global clients and local markets alike on all shifts in the digital space and delivering outstanding media and digital performance. Aligned to our agreed scope of work with Dyson.
Reporting into the Global Digita Lead you will set ambitious goals to advance Dyson’s digital maturity and reach across Digital channels.
You will have experience operating and activating digital campaigns across (preferably) a variety of channels as well as having exceptional client leadership and communication skills.
The right candidate will;

This role is heavy on client-contact and management of a variety of client and internal stakeholders. This make it ideal for strong communicators with a genuine interest into how businesses work and willing to share their experience and knowledge.
- Be a problem solver.
You’ll need to be interested in understanding the client’s business, success drivers and current ad tech set-up to help develop a programmatic road map that answers, develops and solves the clients business goals.
- Be a natural collaborator
Work and collaborate with internal teams (digital operations, strategic planning, data and privacy and analytics teams) as well as external (client), and vendor partners. You will need to liaise with different teams in different parts of the world to make this role work.
The right candidate should be a:
- Digital subject matter expert, focused on performance (ideally with E-commerce experience)
- Clear, concise communicator

- Inspire change and transformation within the client
- Interact with detailed and big picture stakeholders

Flexible Working
