Job Summary
Natterbox is seeking a highly driven Global Demand Generation Manager to create, execute, and optimize scalable demand generation campaigns. With a focus on building best-in-class demand generation campaigns, the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging digital tools and growth strategies to support Natterbox’s evolution.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts across paid and organic channels, including search, social media, display advertising, and website management. Continuously track campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize results.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts. Leverage data insights to personalize outreach and build relationships that drive pipeline growth.
- Performance Reporting: Compile campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, into regular reports.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in building and managing demand generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing technology, including Pardot and Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset, with a strong capability to optimize performance metrics.
