Job Description:
Ipsen is looking for a Global Customer Experience Senior Manager to lead omnichannel strategies, build capabilities, and drive best practices across key brands and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Design and implement omnichannel engagement plans aligned with goals
- Customer Insights: Leverage data to understand customer behaviors and drive tailored engagements
- Collaboration: Work with global and local teams across medical, marketing, sales, and IT
- Innovation: Utilize tools like the Digital Customer Framework (DCF) to enhance engagement
- Project Management: Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong internal and external partnerships
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and policies
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs and continuously optimize the customer journey
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5+ years in pharma, with global or affiliate commercial experience.
Digital/omnichannel expertise, healthcare/consulting background, or project management experience.
Fluent in English.
