The Role

The Global Culture Manager will be the champion of our cultural principles, working closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to set clear cultural guidelines, coach teams, and drive initiatives that bring our values to life. This role requires a strategic, creative thinker who understands the complexities of global teams and fast-paced startup environments. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

Cultural Alignment

  • Embed our core principles—Resilience, Results-Oriented, Accountability—into all people practices and employee experiences. 
  • Identify and address gaps in cultural consistency across global teams, ensuring alignment with company values. 

Guidelines & Coaching

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to develop and implement clear cultural guidelines, training materials, and coaching frameworks. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, equipping HRBPs and leaders to be effective culture ambassadors. 

Employee Engagement

  • Lead internal communications initiatives to ensure cultural consistency and alignment. 
  • Run point on town halls, crafting engaging content, managing logistics, and ensuring alignment with company messaging. 
  • Design and execute initiatives to foster team connection, collaboration, and resilience across a diverse, global workforce. 

Change Management

  • Champion culture during times of organizational change, ensuring employees remain connected and motivated. 
  • Use data-driven insights to assess cultural health and propose actionable solutions to improve engagement and accountability. 

Internal Communications

  • Oversee global employee communications, ensuring clarity, alignment, and resonance across cultural differences. 
  • Partner with leadership to craft sharp, impactful messaging for various internal initiatives. 

About You: 

Experience

  • 5+ years in a culture-focused role within fast-paced tech startups or similar high-growth environments. 
  • Proven track record of managing internal communications and delivering impactful cultural initiatives. 

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences. 
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with HRBPs and leaders. 
  • Rigorous yet creative approach to problem-solving, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. 

Personality

  • A resilient, results-oriented, and accountable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation culture. 
  • Balanced and pragmatic, able to challenge the status quo while building trust and collaboration. 

Cultural Fit

  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances within global teams, with experience navigating and bridging these differences.
