Join our Large Cap Corporate Banking team to play a part in growing the Banking business across Israel with a deep focus on the technology sector.
Job Summary:
As an Analyst within our team, you will have the opportunity to support the growth of the Large Cap Corporate Banking business across customers in Israel, focusing on the technology sector and large multinationals. The Analyst will work with Senior Bankers in the country, assisting them with the development and maintenance of client relationships (business intelligence, marketing and execution). The Analyst will be based in Israel and will work closely with country and product teams across EMEA, North America, APAC and LATAM.
Job responsibilities:
  • Assisting Senior Bankers in managing internal aspects of existing client relationships and participating to the development of new relationships
  • Actively assisting both our clients and our product partners to achieve smooth deal executions and product roll outs
  • Be the point of contact locally for J.P. Morgan's products knowledge and act as a point of contact both internally and for clients for middle office/operations queries where required
  • Participate in the analysis and negotiation of financing requests in coordination with credit, product, legal and compliance teams
  • Coordinate with product and country teams to identify and execute transactions for clients globally across in-scope products
  • Help with industry and credit analysis (review financial statements, listen to and summarize investor presentations, and support credit approval and documentation process)
  • Preparing and maintaining internal senior briefing memos, relationship reviews, global firm-wide account plans, global pipeline reporting in addition to assisting in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in client facing positions
  • High service orientation, hands on approach, high integrity, high level of motivation, dependability, intelligence & a team player, ability to work in fast-paced environment, great communication skills, commercial mind-set and business approach
  • Able to communicate effectively across different seniority levels and businesses
  • Ability to work independently with little senior guidance
  • Strong English writing skills and real-time writing skills
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel; Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Prior experience within a Corporate Banking or Treasury Services role in a bank and/or Treasury Function within a Corporate
  • Familiarity with the Israeli Tech sector
  • Bachelor's degree or similar with outstanding academic credentials
