We are seeking a high-impact Global Copywriter Partner to serve as the voice of Malt’s premium Enterprise value proposition and AI-first positioning. This is a senior production role designed to bridge the gap between complex strategic insights and high-converting content, producing high-end influence at a global scale.

You will be responsible for defining the narrative standards for our most critical touch points—from high-stakes emails and ad campaigns to internal strategic memos, website copies, and client-facing newsletters.

Your mission is to keep Malt away from generic "marketing copy" and in sync with its bold, sharp, influential, and data-backed editorial voice that establishes instant trust with C-suite executives, tech and procurement leaders across Europe and the rest of the world.

This role is perfect for a “master of formats" who can pivot from a punchy LinkedIn ad to a deep-dive internal insight report, ensuring that the "Malt Voice" remains elite, consistent, and human-led in an AI-driven landscape.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Production & Copywriting: Lead the creation of high-value conversion assets, including Enterprise-targeted ad campaigns, core website value propositions, and our flagship client newsletter. You ensure that every word aligns with our influence engine vision.

  • Strategic Internal Insights: Partner with the Head of Content and our data team to transform internal data into strategic insights. You will draft internal memos, sales playbooks, and “state of the market" updates that help our teams and malt audiences understand our unique positioning. AI agents for insights.

  • Narrative Strategy: Beyond just writing, you define the strategy of the copy. You will design the narrative flow for landing pages and lead-gen sequences, ensuring they don't just capture attention but build long-term brand authority.

  • AI Copy-Engine: Act as a prompt engineer for content. You will participate in building and maintaining the AI-writing frameworks and narrative guidelines that allow other teams to leverage AI while staying 100% on-brand.

  • SEO/GEO: Work with our SEO/GEO expert to produce pillar pages and SEO-optimized content that anchors Malt’s search authority on high-value Enterprise and AI/tech queries. You ensure that SEO/GEO content feels like thought leadership pieces, not keyword stuffing.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in high-level copywriting, content, or editorial strategy, ideally with a mix of B2B Enterprise and brand-led storytelling within the tech or hiring sector.

  • Proven ability to switch between short-form conversion copy (Ads/Web) and long-form strategic analysis (Internal insights/Reports).

  • You understand the language of workforce transformation, AI-tech, and freelancing. You can make complex corporate and tech topics feel engaging and visionary.

  • You are already using AI tools to accelerate and upgrade your production of content every step of the way

  • You don’t just write to fill a page; you write to drive a specific business outcome (leads, trust, or internal alignment).

  • Ability to manage requests from any team, excelling at stakeholder management.

  • Native-level English is a must; proficiency in French or another major European language is a strong asset for managing our pan-European voice.

How to join the mission? 🚀

  • First call with Claudia Ferrand, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)

  • Interview with your future manager, Raphaëlle Béguinel, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)

  • Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Raphaëlle, Lauréline and Ernesto (TBC) in order to assess your technical skills

  • Final interview with a Carla, Malt’s CMO, to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
