We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation analysis, benchmarking, and storytelling with data. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage projects with ambiguous timelines and details. Experience with pay equity, job evaluation, and global compensation practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking:

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Utilize market data and compensation surveys to benchmark salaries and benefits.

Pay Equity & Job Evaluation:

  • Support pay equity analyses to identify and address compensation disparities.
  • Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate job grades and compensation levels.

Global Compensation Practices:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global compensation trends and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and standards across different regions.

Partnership with HR:

  • Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related matters and align compensation practices with business strategies.
  • Support HR in developing and implementing compensation policies and programs.

Project Management:

  • Support compensation projects with ambiguous timelines and details, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis and management.
  • Proven experience in global compensation practices and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Experience with pay equity analysis and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using compensation tools and software; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP).
  • Experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with different compensation structures and practices across various countries.
