More about the role:

Burson’s Global Client Experience Manager will play an important role in driving organic client growth across the network, with a particular focus on supporting the Top 50 Global Client Leader program.

This role helps ensure Burson’s Client Leaders and teams deliver a consistently high standard of client experience by coordinating key Burson and WPP programs and initiatives, including running the annual client satisfaction survey, Vantage, leveraging insights from the Client Pulse Survey, and sharing best practices across global and regional Client & Growth teams.

The Global Client Experience Manager will be a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented team member who is eager to grow into a trusted partner to Global Client Leaders and key global and regional stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting people, bringing structure to complexity, and helping unlock growth across a global organization. It is critical that they have a global mindset and build valuable connections throughout the network to help foster global collaboration and growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate Burson’s annual client satisfaction survey (Vantage), from launch through to reporting and actionable follow-up
  • Partner with global and regional teams to analyse insights and improve client experience standards across the business
  • Support the Top 50 Global Client Leader programme, driving engagement and consistency across key global accounts
  • Gather and synthesise updates from senior stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities and connecting teams across the network
  • Coordinate internal initiatives and key moments (e.g. Davos, Cannes, WPP Stream), working closely with Marketing and leadership teams
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met
  • Create and maintain internal content and communications, including the Client Excellence Hub and Global Client & Growth newsletter
  • Conduct research and collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Creative, Commercial, regional teams) to support strategic recommendations and business growth

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Experience in client service, account management, business operations, project management, or a related function within a communications or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong instinct for clarity, professionalism, and audience awareness.
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear, concise updates, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Comfortable working across global teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in client growth, client experience, and how global organizations build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a trusted partner over time.
