Job Description

The Global Campaigns Content Marketing Specialist role requires someone who is not afraid to think differently and will actively transform our content output to be more dynamic to market needs. Working closely with the industry marketing, product marketing and pre sales teams - you will be responsible for creating and sharing valuable content to attract, inform, and engage our audience, with the ultimate goal of turning them into customers. You will use your expertise in content creation and online marketing strategies to drive conversions, traffic and increase brand awareness.

The candidate will manage the creation of global content, supporting the central marketing function. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Create and publish engaging short and long form content across various platforms such as blog posts, eBooks, Infographics, videos, and White Papers.
  • Manage the production of campaign content in conjunction with the other teams and using agency and internal resources where required - including digital assets, advertising, direct mail, digital content, webinars, video and social media messaging - that supports regional customer acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve writers’ posts to ensure brand consistency
  • Develop highly engaging social media posts that will encourage users to act
  • Supporting our SEO team to optimize content according to SEO best practices.
  • Utilize existing data sources and reporting to critically analyze content success and support with continuous improvement
  • Develop a single editorial calendar that maps all content creation in a single view
  • Support with tagging content for lead scoring
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
  • Connect with relevant experts in sales, pre-sales and product marketing teams to understand the challenges, solutions and examples use cases to feature in campaigns and develop the proposition and messaging for solution led campaigns
  • Working with our competitive intelligence team to form extract key insights that will support with content creation to.
  • Analyze, monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness. Share a performance dashboard with stakeholders, supporting the optimization and fine tuning of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role in Enterprise Software
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of online marketing platforms and how they can be used effectively to source, nurture and accelerate prospect’s sales journeys.
  • Ability to demonstrate marketing ideas via a personable, consultative approach, working across all levels in the organization
  • Confident, outgoing personality that can integrate with a busy matrix environment
