At GoCardless, we're all about supporting you! We’re committed to making our hiring process inclusive and accessible. If you need extra support or adjustments, reach out to your Talent Partner — we’re here to help!

And remember: we don’t expect you to meet every single requirement. If you’re excited by this role, we encourage you to apply!

The role

We are looking for a Global Campaign Marketing Manager to lead campaign development across international markets, specifically France, Spain, ANZ and North America. Operating within a sales-led GTM motion, you will be responsible for planning, building and optimizing global campaigns that drive reach and engagement with our target accounts, ultimately leading to the generation of new business pipeline and closed won bookings.

What excites you
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of global campaigns, from designing initial campaign briefs through to monthly performance reporting
  • Act as the central point of contact between a wide-ranging set of internal stakeholders, including product marketing, design, content, regional field marketing, marketing ops, and sales.
  • Brief and manage the paid media agency, overseeing channel mix planning and reviewing creative/ads to ensure performance meets targets.
  • Operate within an ABM framework, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts characterised by complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure campaigns are effectively built between CRM, MAP and ABM platform.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify what’s working, what’s not and how activity can be optimised across creative, messaging, channels and website.
  • Work closely with regional Demand Generation managers to understand local market objectives in order to design a bespoke campaign plan
  • Proactively identify and execute opportunities to improve and innovate the global campaign development process.
What excites us
  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years of solid campaign management experience, ideally within the B2B FinTech, payments or SaaS industries.
  • You have proven experience feeding a sales-led go-to-market engine rather than self-serve
  • You possess exceptional project management skills and act as a natural coordinator who can manage resources across teams while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are deeply customer-centric with the ability to tailor content for different personas within large businesses, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts with complex buying committees.
  • You are a proactive, solution-focused "go-getter" who is comfortable managing various stakeholders and pushing back respectfully when capacity is an issue.
  • You are proficient in campaign related technologies such as CRM, MAP and ABM platforms.
Nice to have but not mandatory: Spanish or French language skills

Base salary range: £63,200 - £94,800

Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning.
