Global Bid Manager

Canon EMEA is seeking a Global Bid Manager to lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end bid process for complex, international opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving best‑in‑class bid management processes across the region. You will bring industry-leading best practices and deep bid management expertise to ensure high‑quality, competitive, and compliant submissions.

• Takes informed decisions to bid (go/no go). Owns and project manages large scale bids ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
• Designs and implements effective bid processes and is responsible for KPIs (win rate). 
• On a continual learning basis, develops new bid processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness to increase bid win rates.
• Through external networks and personal development (e.g. APMP certification), brings the latest bid discipline best practice.
• Ensures bid & knowledge assets are shared. Reviewing bid successes, ensures that the team reuses successful elements and are available to all relevant parties.

Skills and knowledge required:

Needs excellent attention to detail

APMP qualification is an advantage

Creativity for bid proposition

Experience required:

Bid experience in large complex bids

Experience of working within sales and commercial environment.

Salary up to £52,000 (dependant on experience) plus 10% annual bonus and a great benefits package.
