The role in a nutshell:
We are looking for a UK Pension expert who is interested in expanding their career into a Global Benefits Advisor role. This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in UK pension schemes (DB and DC), auto-enrollment, and pension legislation, who are keen to broaden their expertise into the wider global benefits space. In this role, you will leverage your pension knowledge to support the design, implementation, and management of client benefits programs, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance, effective plan administration, and high-quality service delivery. While prior international benefits experience is not mandatory, the role offers the opportunity to develop exposure to global benefits practices and multi-country benefit programs.


How you will make a difference: 

  • Deliver end-to-end pension administration for joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, and life events.

  • Manage pension schedules and reconciliations for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Trustees, and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

  • Support annual pension activities, including statements, audits, revaluations, and trustee reporting.

  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and audit-ready documentation.

  • Support auto-enrollment cycles

  • Resolve client escalations and actively work with clients to improve engagement.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining benefit processes and related documentation

  • Assist and support benefits projects using effective analytical skills to improve benefits offerings in line with business goals & financial objectives

  • Collaborate with the internal teams and external partners to streamline our approach to the management of benefits.

  • Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.

  • Manage assigned client base ensure key metrics and SLAs are adhered to.

  • Communicate complex information to educate clients’ employees on their benefit options and exclusions

  • Analyze and evaluate client needs based on history to determine the best benefit option for their situation  

What will make you stand out: 

  • 2+ years proven experience in benefits administration in a client facing environment

  • Strong knowledge of HR practice, legal compliance, and benefits design

  • Proven track record of dealing with senior level executive leadership, up to and including C level.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.

  • High degree of success leading projects with documented plans to drive actions and achieve objectives.

  • Multi-language skills a plus

  • CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant qualifications desirable but not essential
