The Global Alliance Leader for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic plan to cultivate and foster strong connections with Global System Integrator (GSI) Partnerships in the region. You will leverage alliances to increase growth, enhance our market presence, and deliver value to our customers.
To help our teams work together effectively, this role is a remote position and requires you to be located in the United Kingdom.
- Strategic Development: Design and implement a comprehensive alliance strategy for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), building and expanding relationships with key partners.
- Partnership Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring alignment with our goals and driving joint business development initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate alliance strategies with our goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand market reach and enhance product offerings across EMEA.
- Joint Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including co-marketing and co-selling activities, to maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Performance Tracking: Establish measurements to evaluate the success of alliance strategies and plans, ensuring continuous improvement and agreement on our goals.
- Executive Engagement: Facilitate regular communication and meetings with partner executives to maintain relationships, address challenges, and explore new opportunities.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Promote collaboration and innovation, leveraging partner capabilities to develop joint solutions that meet customer needs.

- Experienced in managing global alliances or partnerships, with GSIs, within the EMEA region, and within the enterprise software industry.
- An exceptional strategic mindset, great at negotiation in diverse settings.
- Cultivates meaningful relationships with both partners and stakeholders, driving collaboration and mutual success.
- Expertise in developing and executing partnership strategies that increase business growth and market expansion.
- Experience with working across diverse cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Deep understanding and exposure to the EMEA market landscape.
