To be successful in this role, the Global Account Manager should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for business opportunities and a deep understanding of the markets and industries in which the key accounts operate. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and be comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Demonstrated accountability, enthusiasm and ability to motivate and influence decisions makers
  • Understand clients' business needs, challenges and strategic priorities to tailor solutions that meet their objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align services with client needs
  • Implement strategic plans to manage global accounts effectively including opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and referrals within existing accounts
  • Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.Develop a deep understanding of the client’s market, industry trends, and competition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients
  • Foster a team enviroment that encouraes global collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze account performance using CRM tools
  • Provide forecasts and updates to upper management
  • Consut ROI analyses and present business solutions to clients

What you bring to the team

  • 10+ years experience in software sales, preferably in the data management space
  • 5+ years experience in account management at a global level
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of the markets and industries in which key accounts operate
