Description

About Euromonitor:

Euromonitor International leads the world in data analytics and research into markets, industries, economies and consumers. We provide truly global insight and data on thousands of products and services; we are the first destination for organisations seeking growth. With our guidance, our clients can make bold, strategic decisions with confidence.

About the role:

Represent Euromonitor in working with senior executives at some of the largest, well-known companies worldwide to build credibility, confidence in Euromonitor’s products and services, and trust that we are the world leader in data analytics and research into markets, industries, economies and consumers. Working from a named list of existing clients, alongside Client Consultant who share the territory, Global Account Managers (GAMs) are expected to expand the value of our current partnerships by further entrenching our data and analysis with new and current users.

The focus of the role is to renew and grow the existing contracts of our largest and most established accounts, aiming for more multi-year renewals and securing revenue growth expansion across our service offerings in multiple areas of the company. The role also includes working very closely with the Global Account Directors (GADs) and other Global Account Managers to be an active partner in securing the renewal and growth of global accounts where the renewal is based in other regions.

This will be achieved by being able to explain all Euromonitor’s systems as well as custom capabilities, identifying relevant client needs that can be met through Passport or Custom solutions. The position forms part of a pod led by an experienced Team Lead in London with Global Account Directors overseeing the entire Agencies, Banks and Consultancies (ABC) territory.

Success is achieved through:

  • Renewal of existing contracts across a named set of ABC clients aiming for more multi-year renewals
  • Securing year-on-year revenue growth to agreed expectations, working hand in hand with a Client Consultant, working across multiple areas of the company
  • Drive Global Account Strategies and work collaboratively with peers in different regions to create large scale global upsell opportunities.
  • Minimum 95% renewal retention
  • Securing and growing revenues from a set number of accounts where renewals originate from other regions, but where local engagement is a critical component to the renewal and to the upsell agenda

Responsibilities:

  • Understand company organisation, strategy and priorities, uncovering new target groups and locating upsell and securing as renewable revenue
  • Devise and execute a global strategy for own global accounts in collaboration with the Client Consultant with input from Territory Lead, GADs and manager. Mutually agree plan of action for both own activity and the Client Consultant
  • Execute the global strategy put in place by GAM and GADs on other accounts and collaborate with local teams to work on common goals
  • Conduct compelling, though-provoking client outreach to engage new and existing contacts with Euromonitor content with the goal of identifying leads for further development
  • Onboard new users either face-to-face or via online demos
  • Collaborate with Senior Specialist Products team to optimise knowledge and resources
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure campaigns are tailored and targeted
  • Provide expert research support to all clients, through detailed understanding of Euromonitor’s product portfolio and research methodology.
  • Implement high level engagements, working with our service team, across accounts to elevate our Research Expertise and increase our stickiness with clients

What you’ll need:

  • Excellence in current role, goal oriented and consistently at or over target
  • 3yrs+ of sales experience
  • Hungry to learn and develop consultative selling techniques
  • Comfortable interacting with people within various levels and functions
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, managing numerous contacts including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, numeracy and diplomacy skills
  • Ability to use Salesforce effectively
  • Target oriented – ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Knowledge of consumer market trends and dynamics are preferable
  • Ability & willingness to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ideally additional European languages

What you’ll get for your hard work:

Professional Development: Grow your career with opportunities within a consultative and professional environment

Positive Work Environment: Join a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture where your ideas are valued, diversity is celebrated, and teamwork is encouraged

Community Involvement: Make a positive impact in the community through our volunteer programs, charitable initiatives, and corporate social responsibility efforts

(and more….!)

The TA team will be on hand throughout the entire process to provide support and champion you!

Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments made throughout the process.
