About the Podcast
Market Madness is the ultimate football podcast for fans who want to go beyond the headlines and into the stories that shape the transfer market. Each episode features football insiders along with high-profile guests, including current and former players, coaches, and top media personalities – bringing fans stories you won't hear anywhere else. From untold transfer sagas to inside-the-dressing-room revelations, we break down the latest news with exclusive expert analysis and first-hand accounts. Market Madness is your go-to podcast for everything football – and everything behind the deal.

Expectations:

  • Develop and manage show rundowns, ensuring a coherent and engaging flow of content.
  • Collaborate with hosts and guests to plan and schedule interviews and segments.
  • Handle all media assets, including audio files, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the recording and editing process, utilizing software such as Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, or Audacity. Familiarity with Streamyard is also a plus.
  • Upload episodes to the podcast feed, ensuring all metadata is correctly formatted.
  • Timecode the podcast episode and identify potential clips for social media promotion.
  • Conduct research to provide relevant and engaging content that reflects current trends in European football.
  • Monitor audience feedback and analytics to continually improve the podcast.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in podcast production, including editing and post-production.
  • Familiarity with audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or similar tools.
  • Experience producing sports-related shows is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of European football, including leagues, teams, and current events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
