Job Description

I am recruiting for a graduate to start their career in Sales.

The company is in the technology sector; SaaS and enterprise software. Their client portfolio includes some of the biggest names (worldwide) like; LinkedIn, Facebook and Nike to name a few. 

This is a really exciting time to come on board, with ample opportunity of growth and development. Your training will take place in San Francisco for a week with quarterly trips to San Fran thereafter (all expenses paid).

This opportunity/team would suit someone who is confident, tenacious, money orientated and hungry to succeed.

Role overview:

In the role you will be responsible for prospecting and building pipeline by working closely with Account Execs/Account Managers to identify develop and nurture relationships through targeted Enterprise accounts and territory management.

In the role you need to be prepared to get on the phone, this role would not suit someone who is shy.

Role responsibilities:

  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Exec/Managers
  • Generate business opportunities to grow pipeline for new business in Enterprise targeted accounts and territories
  • Work closely with Account Exec/Man to develop targeted contact lists
  • Manage, track and report on all sales activities into Salesforce and other sales tools e.g. Yesware

Key required skills/experience:

Must have's:

  • Graduate
  • Must be articulate
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Money orientated & hunger to succeed
  • Confident to go on the phone
  • Confident to build and develop relationships internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel to Europe and the USA
  • Must have sense of humour, likes to get involved in social events
  • Must possess a lot of drive, ambition, energy always willing to get 'stuck in'

Additional desired skills experience but not a deal breaker if you don't:

  • 1-3 year’s experience in Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing
  • SaaS experience
  • Proven track record of hitting high volume targets
  • Must be able to self-manage
