What You’ll Be Doing


🔹 Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting via phone, email, and live chat.

🔹 Solve payment and account queries, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

🔹 Use your bilingual skills to support German-speaking customers.

🔹 Gather customer feedback and work with other teams to improve processes.

🔹 Use leading tools like Salesforce CRM and Zendesk to manage customer interactions.
