About Us

We are a dynamic e-commerce marketing platform that connects online retailers with publishers via comparison shopping engines and other performance marketing channels. Operating across multiple countries, we help retailers grow traffic and generate leads by showcasing their products to engaged online shoppers.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Credit Controller to manage the German, Swedish, and Hungarian ledgers (approx. 200–300 live accounts). The initial 4-month contract will cover paternity leave for the Italian and Danish ledgers, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent role to take over our German portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable

- Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts

- Ensure timely payments and proactively resolve payment delays

Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate financial records

- Apply payments and credit notes

- Update customer master data

Credit Risk

- Perform credit checks for new and existing customers

- Assess creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits

Debt Collection

- Promptly chase overdue payments

- Handle queries efficiently

- Escalate chronic late payers to collections agency

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Provide a high standard of service and communication

Compliance

- Ensure adherence to company credit policies and financial controls

Team Support

- Collaborate with the European Credit Control Team

- Provide cover for colleagues during holidays and busy periods

Requirements

- 3+ years’ experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role

- Experience handling 200–300 live accounts

- Fluent in German (spoken and written)

- Additional language (Italian, French, or Spanish) is a strong advantage

- Knowledge of European B2B credit and collections processes

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
