We're currently looking to hire a Flight Operations/Global Engagement Scheduler to join our team based at the Training Campus in Crawley. This facility is located close to London's Gatwick Airport.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to others
  • Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements
  • Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity
  • Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that information visibility is provided.
  • Gathers requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of the department schedule and budget; assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates plan status
  • Plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business and employees
  • Maintains and tracks training requirements
  • Assists with content development of training materials by interfacing with others
  • Works under general supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with CAAS, DGCA, CAAC, EASA, and FAA rules and regulations regarding pilot currency and proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dispatcher License
  • Bachelor degree or higher

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
