Job Description: General Recruiter 

Location: London (4 days a week in the office, subject to change) 

Employment Type: Full-time 

 

Role Overview 

 

As a General Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts for various positions within our London office, emphasizing media sales roles. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing diverse talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless hiring experience. You will also be responsible for researching market trends, recommending strategies, and making competitive offers to secure top talent. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruit for media sales and other key positions across departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear and compelling job descriptions that align with role requirements and company needs.
  • Research industry trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge in attracting talent.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Present a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring each has been thoroughly reviewed for skills and fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Develop and extend competitive offers to secure candidates, aligning with market benchmarks and budget considerations.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, reflecting company values and mission.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.

 

What You Bring to the Role 

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally focusing on media, sales, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of media sales roles and their unique requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting outstanding talent with meaningful opportunities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding work environment.
