We are a dynamic team seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and growth of our portfolio of websites specializing in cryptocurrency and iGaming niches. As General Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of our websites, driving traffic, engagement, and revenue growth. This role reports directly to our CEO and requires a leader with expertise in SEO-driven strategies, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape in these competitive industries.
Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Promote sustainable financial growth by managing P&Ls and defining KPIs.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow website traffic, rankings, and revenue, staying ahead of trends in crypto and iGaming.
- Leadership & Operational Excellence: Build, inspire, and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Collaborate with content creators, product and marketing teams to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Networking & Public Representation: Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers. Represent our brands at events and forums to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
- Innovation: Encourage a data-driven culture of experimentation to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Business Experience & Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing P&Ls and driving financial growth.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior management, preferably in affiliate marketing & SEO content industries.
- Affiliate & SEO Experience: Proven experience managing SEO-focused websites with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and iGaming markets.
- Networking and Public Speaking: Excellent networking skills with comfort in representing the brand at public events or through the media.
