Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven General Manager to lead Piktochart into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, a passion for visual communication, and a proven track record in scaling technology-driven products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute operational plans effectively while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement business strategies that align with Piktochart's mission to democratize design and enhance user engagement across diverse sectors.
  • Product Innovation:
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the development of new features and tools that meet the evolving needs of our user base, ensuring Piktochart remains at the forefront of visual communication solutions.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Piktochart's presence in existing and new markets, including education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, by understanding unique customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes are efficient and scalable to support growth while maintaining the high quality of our platform.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that reflects Piktochart's core values.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on business performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the organization.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Ability to demonstrate three areas of excellence / achievement in a similar role.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with a strong background in PLG
    SaaS.
  • Proven experience in scaling a technology product and entering new markets.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue, leading high-performing teams, and achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and the importance of high-speed, flexible web pages in various industries.
  • Expertise in sales funnel strategies, web design technologies, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and operational targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and key metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC).
