So, what’s the role all about?

The General Manager of the Compliance Line of Business will be responsible for end-to-end revenue and performance of a global cloud SaaS business unit comprising of several hundred employees and responsible for more than $100M in revenue focused on assisting the world’s largest financial services organizations comply with the various regulations around trading. This high-impact role encompasses full ownership of Sales, Product Management, Development, Support, and Services. The General Manager will drive business growth, product innovation, and customer satisfaction for our cloud-ready, AI-powered SaaS solutions, which are mission-critical to our clients in the Financial Services sector, helping them meet complex regulatory requirements in the trading environments.

How will you make an impact?

  • P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the revenue, profitability, and growth of the Compliance Line of Business.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic direction of the business unit, aligned with the company strategic plan.
  • Cross-Functional Oversight: Lead global teams across Sales, Product, R&D, Support, and Services to ensure cohesive execution and operational excellence.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and regulatory changes to guide product evolution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Innovation: Drive the roadmap and lifecycle of key products (NTR, NTRX, SURVEIL-X), ensuring they remain competitive and compliant.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement scalable processes and systems that support sustainable growth and service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams within the business unit.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-business unit critical stakeholders, and leadership teams to achieve common objectives, while always promoting the greater good of the company. 

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in technology or software industries, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale global teams comprising of Sales and Product functions; R&D domain leadership is an advantage.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Financial Services, particularly trading environments and regulatory compliance is desired but not required.
  • Product Leadership: Proven experience managing and innovating cloud SaaS solution portfolios.
  • Global P&L Responsibility: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale global P&Ldriving growth profitability and operational excellence
  • Leadership: Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing large-scale teams.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep commitment to customer success, with a history of fostering long-term relationships and delivering value.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging at all levels including C-suite and clients.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Travel: ability to travel globally up to 50% of their time
