We’re seeking x2 proactive Labourers to join our team! Within this role, you will work across the Bradford District, supporting a range of onsite tasks such as general building, clearance and labouring activities.

Duties include:
- Carry out a range of general labouring, property clearance, cleaning, and preparation tasks across tenanted and empty properties.
- Prepare properties for repairs, refurbishment, and re-letting including stripout, basic demolition, and site readiness.
- Assist trade operatives with materials, equipment, and tasks to enable efficient delivery of works.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety before, during, and after works.
- Identify and report defects or additional work requirements to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Safely handle, transport, and dispose of waste materials, including hazardous waste where applicable.
- Use digital systems to accurately record work progress, completion, and relevant updates.
- Work across multiple sites and locations to support operational priorities and service demand.
- Contribute to team performance by working flexibly and assisting colleagues where needed.
Requirements
- Experience working in a labouring, maintenance, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety systems such as COSHH, HASAWA, and Manual Handling safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance, labouring, or construction environments.
- Experience working in a customer-facing setting.
- Basic IT skills to update job information and records.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, confined spaces, etc).
- Ability to carry out manual labouring and general maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
- A full current manual driving licence.
- Right to Work in the UK - Visa Sponsorship is not available.
- A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks
